How TikTok live orders work

Watch your custom tumbler come to life in real time. From selecting your favorite wrap to cheering along on TikTok, discover how easy and interactive our live crafting process is.

Step 1: Choose and order online

Browse through our tumbler selection and cup wrap catalog right here on the site. When completing your order and payment, be sure to include your name or your TikTok handle so we can connect your order directly to you.

Step 2: Join the live stream

We go live on TikTok every day except Sunday at 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Drop into the chat, say hello, and give us your name. We will immediately let you know where you stand in the lineup. If you ever cannot make the stream, just let us know and we can arrange a video chat instead.

Step 3: Live creation and fast shipping

When your turn comes up, you'll confirm your chosen tumbler and wrap design live on stream. As soon as you approve the look, we seal your tumbler, package it up right away, and ship it directly to your door from Abilene, Texas.
